Spending an evening in the world of James Bond made for an excellent party and an even better fundraiser! Donations to GISC surpassed our goal  thanks to the many generous contributions made at the Gala and two separate anonymous gifts of $50,000 and $15,000 – we can confidently report that this year’s Gala was GISC’s most successful to date. Bravo, GISC!

Our Paddle Raise was an amazing moment in the room, and we are so grateful to everyone who raised a paddle and contributed. GISC would like to thank Julie Steffen, Steve Anson, and Sunny Jimenez for their entertaining efforts to get paddles in the air!

In addition to surpassing our goal for the Paddle Raise project, the Gala also generated additional unrestricted funds to go toward the school’s general operating fund. Funds from the Paddle Raise will be used to re-imagine GISC’s campus, improving our space as the school grows! These funds were generated by many generous sponsorships, the beautiful Student Art Live Auction (with many thanks to GISC Art Teacher Julia Rist), and the Silent Auction. We are proud to report that the total proceeds benefiting GISC will be over $223,000!

GISC is extremely grateful to our Presenting Sponsor HARIBO for their generous support, and for the element of fun and joy they brought to our event. We are also deeply appreciative of our 2022 Gala Auction sponsor Hindman Auctions, and the extraordinarily talented Mr. Jay Krehbiel, for their support of our auction festivities.
