Teaching Internship Program

GISC also welcomes teaching interns from abroad every year. Interns are able to act as an assistant teacher, providing help to students and leading lessons under the supervision of GISC faculty. Most interns choose to stay with GISC host families, building relationships in the home and bringing a dose of German culture and youth to our community.

At GISC, interns will enjoy a supportive and helpful relationship with our full-time teachers. They will have a chance to focus on different areas of study, such as music, math, or languages, and gain valuable experience planning lessons.
