High School

High School (Grades 9-12)

Starting with Grade 9 in the 2026-2027 school year, GISC is expanding into a full high school, adding one grade level per year. Our first graduating class is expected in 2030.

GISC students will graduate with both a U.S. High School Diploma and, pending DP authorization, the Mixed-Language Bilingual IB Diploma (GIB-Diplom) – equivalent to the German Abitur. This highly rigorous, internationally recognized qualification is respected by leading universities and opens doors worldwide, including tuition-free and low-tuition universities in Germany and other European countries.

IB & Diploma Highlights

  • Mixed-Language Bilingual IB Diploma (pending authorization)
  • Globally recognized – no AP exams required
  • Equivalent to the German Abitur for study in Germany
  • Highly valued by U.S. universities, including Ivy League schools
  • Opens doors globally – from the U.S. to Europe and beyond
